Events

We had about 30+ children and teenagers with Down Syndrome, about 80+ volunteers and some kids. With the magic show, art & craft, balloons sculpturing, face painting, body contour art, band performance, etc. and everyone had a ball of a time.

This was the first time that I worked with people with Down syndrome and it was a whole new experience for us, for they taught us more than we could ever teach them.

During the band performance, all the children went up on stage and danced from their heart and not with the intention of competing. They simply had a lot of respect for each other – maybe another quality that we can learn from these "intellectually challenged" people?
